8. Shipping
ZNLYRION offers shipping to many destinations worldwide, subject to product, carrier, regulatory, and destination restrictions.
Our standard shipping charge is $4.99 per eligible order.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and our typical estimated delivery time is approximately 15–25 days after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

9. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, carrier handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities.
Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in ZNLYRION’s standard shipping charge.
Customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements before ordering.
Customs procedures may also delay delivery.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation or change if the order has not progressed too far through fulfillment.
Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
An eligible product may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to the requirements of our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Where a product is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, ZNLYRION will cover the appropriate costs associated with the approved resolution.
Please contact us before sending a product back. The appropriate return destination may differ from the address shown on the original shipment.

12. RC Vehicles, Drones and Electronic Products
Some products sold through ZNLYRION, including RC vehicles, FPV drones, batteries, chargers, and other electronic products, require appropriate handling and responsible use.

You are also responsible for determining whether your use of a product complies with applicable laws and regulations in your location.
In particular, rules concerning drones, radio-controlled devices, radio frequencies, batteries, charging, public spaces, aviation, registration, and operating locations can vary between jurisdictions.
Purchasing a product from ZNLYRION does not itself confirm that every possible use of that product is permitted in your location.
13. Batteries and Charging
Certain ZNLYRION products may contain or use rechargeable batteries.
